Geneva Concours d'Elegance

Classic Car enthusiasts will once again gather in Geneva, Illinois for the Concours d'Elegance Weekend. The festivities start Friday August 22, with a morning Golf Outing, an evening Reception, continue on Saturday August 23, with a scenic drive to visit an extraordinary private Auto collection, the evening's "Elegant Memories" Gala Dinner and on Sunday August 24, the "Contest of Elegance" among a spectacular collection of automobiles. Join us in rejoicing in the art and design of the automobile, while raising awareness and support for our charity, the American Diabetes Association.
This years Feature Marque is the Pierce Arrow. We will also celebrate the one hundredth anniversary of the 1908 Great Race with Jeff Mahl Great-Grandson of George Schuster who drove the Thomas Flyer into Paris winning the 1908 Great Race. The Thomas Flyer passed through Geneva in route from New York to Paris during the 1908 Great Race. The 2008 Geneva Concours d'Elegance will feature Jeff giving presentations of his Great-Grandfather's experiences driving the Thomas Flyer during the Great Race.
