Sunday, March 30 is the date for the next “Big Ray’s” Classic Car & Cycle Show & Swap at the San Diego Sports Arena. Their events will be held in concert with the famous Kobey’s Swap Meet. Both events expect great synergy from holding these events in tandem. Kobey’s has a huge female audience, while the San Diego Auto Swap has a large male following. Having the two events on the same day will give both demographics an event they can enjoy, making the Sports Arena Swap Meets the place where the whole family can have a great time. The Sports Arena will be Turbo Charged on Car Show days.
The San Diego Auto Swap has been serving local Vehicle Hobbyists since 1990 with its High Performance Classic Car, Truck & Cycle Open Air Marketplace and Show. The San Diego Sports Arena is the place where thousands of Gear Heads will now go for a fun time and also to find great wheels and deals. There are always hundreds of classic and collectible vehicles in the Show & Sell area, plus acres of Vendors selling thousands of parts and accessories in the Swap Meet area -- all at this open air event. In addition to the dozens of trophies and prizes, there will also be a distinctive "Best of Show" trophy with a $100 cash prize. Voting is by People’s Choice.
These events are free for active military. It’s the San Diego Auto Swap’s way of supporting our troops. Active military just need to show their ID to gain free entry. This offer is good for show and swap meet spaces also. Those in uniform will receive free refreshments.
Vendor spaces (16’W x 18’D) are $25, to Show & Sell any vehicle is just $15, cycles $10 and General Admission is still only $5, with parking and kids under 13 free.
