23rd Annual Huntington Beach Concours d'Elegance

May 31 – June 1, 2008. Enjoy live entertainment while admiring some of the most beautiful automobiles in Southern California at this two, fun days event on the beautiful lawns of the Huntington Beach Central Park. Saturday features “Back to the Beach” with Hot Rods, Woodies, Special Guest: George Barris “King of the Kustomizers” and surf bands: The Mai-Tais and The Lively Ones. Sunday features The Concours with Corvette, Ferrari and Harley Davidson and BMW motorcycles as the honored marques. Fireball Tim Lawrence, movie car designer and radical Mini tuner, as seen on Speed’s “Street Tuner Challenge”, Dave Kunz, KABC’s Automotive Reporter and “Autumn”, singer extrordinaire, will be on hand for the adults and a Parrot show and Hot Wheels racing for the kids. Also, the Fourth Annual Student Art Constest will be conducted at the VIP Luncheon. Over 60 classes and over 500 cars, motorcycles and bicycles as well as entertainment, food, vendors will bring back the good ole days with a dash of the future.

Proceed are donated to the Huntington Beach Children’s Resource Center at the Huntington Beach Central Library by the Huntington Beach Concours d’Elegance, a non-profit corporation.

Spectators: $10.00/day or $15 for 2 days purchased at the gate. $2.00 discount tickes are available on flyers at downtown merchants and the library. Seniors 62+ $8.00/day. Children under 12 Free when accompanied by an adult.
