MAJOR MODIFICATIONS ON BODY

Square headlamps, fender flares, Shelby valance, Shelby image fiberglass hood, with functional hood scoop (modified to clear dual quads), painted to match original mustang white. This automobile has a new windshield, new BF Goodrich T/A radial tires, new Supreme retro mag wheels and re-chromed bumpers.

ENGINE

289 Block bored .030 over, K & B racing pistons, pump-up lifters, heads are 351 Windsor, milled to 11 to 1 ratio, polished and ported, 209 stainless valves (as big as the heads will accommodate) with hardened valve seats, dual valve springs, with roller rocker arms. Elite valve covers for rocker clearance. Edelbrock dual quad intake. Dual Edelbrock 600 carbs. Mallory unilite dis. Cool tank.

411 rearend replaced with 3 to 1. Borg Warner T-10 4 speed transmission with Hurst competition plus shifter. 70 mach 01 31 spline rearend, and Gabriel hi-jacker shocks and traction bars.

INTERIOR

New custom “Pony Interior” to match paint scheme of exterior. New carpeting, as well as custom trunk carpeting to give boot a finished look.
New padded dash, Grant steering wheel, S & W gauges, new “custom convertible boot” and many, many new interior accessory items such as ---new sill plates, glove box door, instrument cluster lens, pedal pads, floor mats, shifter boot cover etc.
